McDermott Limited Edition Pool Cue P707 -5 Spliced Points- 35 made in 2007 Includes matching I-3 shaft. Sweet cue with bonus I-3 shaft. The original shaft is nice also. It looks like the same Birdseye that was used for the forearm was used for the shaft. Very subtle but very nice. Very rare for a shaft to be figured at all. Butt has a wobble by itself. Cue rolls very straight with both shafts. Only a minor wobble with both. Both shafts roll straight on their own. This cue plays great. I don’t need it and I feel it should be taken advantage of by someone trying to up their game while having a collectible cue. I- Shafts will make you play better compared to a cheap cue. This cue is among the very last cue with spliced points that McDermott ever made. Top of the line Bacote points x5. A couple have the tip of the point broken. The sleeve is Bacote. It has a slight orange tint. Rings are Brass/Blue Fiber/Maple/Maple and Blue indexed/Maple/Blue Fiber/Brass. I-3 shaft still feels like new and is slightly smaller diameter than the usual 11.75 mm (11.5mm) Kamui Super Soft tip.
