Heavy duty hard shell case leather finish with stitching, steel corners and latches, minor nicks and marks from use. Inside is deep plush brown fabric with storage for extra shaft and covered storage area with extra chalks a tip tapper, a Brad tip scuffer and polishing cloth. McDermott Retired Pool Cues D Series: 1984 to 1990. Note the Blue Book value is from 2005 third edition based upon mint condition. The McDermott D Series pool cues featured nylon wraps on the D1-13 and leather, cork or Irish linen on the D14-26. The line used many exotic woods such as Birdseye maple, bubinga, rosewood, Bolivian walnut, ebony and cocobolo. Hello you are looking at an absolutely beautiful d17 McDermott pool cue, this cue is in an original condition which means it has not been refinished, it shows very minor signs of wear but overall is very glossy and in excellent shape, The cue has a little roll together, but when rolled separately they roll good with a minor movement at the joint. I when rolled together its probably due to the facing it may need to be refaced, i just want to point this out for people who are very picky.
