This is a Cocobolo wood McDermott M53E from the mid-2000’s. It’s in rather good condition and comes with a brand new ULTRA low deflection carbon fiber shaft. Black layered leather tip. Long 15 pro-taper (11.8mm from the tip to the middle of the shaft). These play similarly to a Cuetec Cynergy 11.8mm, in my experience. (This one is unused). Has a 3/8×10 MODIFIED joint, so this shaft will fit this cue as well as any other 3/8×10 cue, including 3/8×10 Modified cues from custom cuemakers. Green joint collar and butt sleeve. Gently used and has some minor signs of wear including. Scuffs/micro scratches on the butt sleeve and forearm. A few very minor dings here and there. One nasty little ding in the butt cap that happened while the cue was temporarily without a bumper. Bumper was a loose fit, so it was sured up/ secured with a little hot glue inside the buttcap (it will still be removable later, but may need a dab of hot glue to secure it, or it could be replaced with a new bumper, which should fit better).
