Both shafts have Kamui black soft tips installed with plenty of playing time left on them! I originally bought the cue brand new in June 2016 and it has been well taken care of. The pictures speak for themselves. ZERO chips or dents in the i-2 shaft, but the G-Core shaft does have one small dent about six or seven inches from the tip. It’s not noticeable if you shoot with a glove, and barely noticeable if you don’t use a glove. Neither shaft is bent or warped and both screw on to the butt end flush and smooth. This is a great cue for a player of any skill level. The butt is in near perfect condition with no noticeable dents or scratches. The dark cocobolo wood is gorgeous and provides a nice contrast to the lighter Birdseye maple handle. Cue weight is approximately 19oz with the G-Core shaft attached. Weight is adjustable by using a different McDermott weight bolt (not included). Cocobolo forearm and sleeve. 6 sets of black urethane, white urethane, green lizard & cocobolo handle inlays. Birdseye maple no-wrap handle. G-Core shaft with pro taper and 13mm Kamui black soft tip. I-2 Intimidator low deflection shaft with pro taper and 12.75mm Kamui black soft tip.
