Beautiful Colorado Red stained McDermott pool cue. The tip rolls flat to the table with minimal taper roll. Very few signs of use, but there are three little cracks in the clear coat near the bumper. They’re only in the clear coat – NOT the wood! This was a common problem with the Genuine series due to the lack of a buttcap and the rubber bumper instead being seated directly against the finished wood. This cue is a great find, and it’s in phenomenal condition!

The Genuine by McDermott in the photos is what you would be purchasing. The cue has been in storage for many years. It does have two dings on the bottom part of note as seen in the photos. There is a wobble when rolling it on a glass counter. It is not the worst I’ve seen but it is pretty noticeable. If you want to make an offer do it through the listing. I’m listing this pool cue for my husband so all facts I have about it are from him. This is a Genuine by McDermott NASCAR pool cue. The length from tip to end without the rubber bumper is 58 1/4 inches. It is in really good shape as it was lightly used. It is straight and ready to use with a new tip. Smaller NASCAR multi-colored logos wrap around the end of the cue, followed by an Irish linen wrap of black and white. Above that is a larger NASCAR multi-colored logo and black and white checkerboard that would represent the checkered flag. The top of the cue is a lighter wood color. There is a small scuff near the black bumper at the end, a very small piece out of the bumper itself, and a very small piece of exposed wood where part of the material came off as the bottom end was dropped one time. I have all of this in the photos. I have not seen another cue like this one so if you are a NASCAR fan, this is a cue for you. Non-smoking home, but I do have pets.
