Ebony sleeve/6 floating Ebony points into really nice Birdseye Maple forearm. (McDermott no longer uses Ebony or Tulipwood). This cue is near mint, straight. Plays great similar to D series cues. It’s basically unused. One flaw on the sleeve with the finish. Little flaw on the shaft collar. Original bumper and bolt. With a 1.9 oz. 12.6mm original tip.

Up for grabs is my McDermott handcrafted Spalted Maple Gecko M23A cue stick. This is a very rare cue stick. The butt is in great condition for being used. The shaft has signs of usual wear, but still strokes and plays with finesse. The butt, forearm, wrap, basically anything on the lower half is immaculate. The bumper shows use but is pictured. This cue is constructed of exotic Spalted maple, one of the most unusual woods in the world, on the forearm and sleeve. Spalted maple is also used in many of the finest custom guitars in the world. The cue features crawling West African Bubinga “Geckos” on the forearm and sleeve. The Spalted Gecko features five coats of “High-Luster” urethane to dramatically increase the cue’s scratch resistance. This cue features the exclusive McDermott Impact Control Ring, made from a Polymer Matrix Composite (developed by NASA), which maximizes feel. The design is complemented by a Top-grain, Lizard-embossed, walnut leather wrap and a McDermott Soft Durometer Polymer bumper, the most wear and shock resistant bumper in the industry.

Top of the Line, Level 5 Mcdermott E-J6 pool cue in Like New Original Condition. Description: Bird’s-eye maple forearm, three floating ebony-bordered white points with three different multiple-piece bird inlays below each, ebony butt sleeve with three different multiple-piece bird inlaid in large white rounded top windows between thin white rings at top and bottom. The cue comes with a 13mm shaft, has an Original Black Leather wrap and weighs 20.8 oz. The cue looks like it has rarely used and rolls straight together and apart.
