McDermott Billiard cue a. Shaft Vintage from Japan. This vintage McDermott billiard cue, a 4-sword model, features a genuine Hagi butt and an A. High-tech shaft for superior playability. All of the tips have been replaced with Moori mediums. There are no cracks in the shaft. There are some dents, as shown in the photo, but these are merely cracks in the surface paint and do not appear to have affected the interior. I filed down the A. Shaft a little too much, even wearing down the A. Since it’s an early model, it felt a little thick, so I’m gradually thinning it down with a file. There’s almost no warping when you connect the shaft to the butt and roll it on a flat table. Material: Full-threaded Maple Butt. Length: 74.5cm (excluding joint screws, including rubber end).
