Original McDermott D7 almost 30 years old. This cue hits like a dream. It has a dark purple stained Birdseye Maple forearm and butt sleeve with maple diamond ring and Ebony and thick exotic brown wood rings. The collar is unstained maple checks. The shaft has a minor wobble. The butt is straight. The shaft wobbles when rolled together but I ran a rack no problem when testing this cue. This cue is awesome. The wobble did not affect play at all. The butt weighs 16.785 oz. The shaft is 3.4 oz. The tip is about 12.6mm. The buttsleeve and buttplate have about 6 or 7 cosmetic chips or nicks to the coating. The collar has crazing. This cue is in great shape for how much it was used. I would love to use this but I found a D22 with a matching I-3 shaft. True McDermott classic with that true McDermott hit.
