The outer finish is a marbled green color, with a brown leather grip. It stores with a rounded metal joint protector set that is such a perfect fit, each half of the cue looks complete, even when its in two separate pieces. My husband and I used to enjoy using it many years ago, but we fell out of playing pool a while back. So the cue has been put away for many years. Its still quite straight and solid, with many more years of potential use in it. Its time for someone else to gain some enjoyment from it. The Balicini cue was a joint effort between the Balicini Marketing Group and McDermott Cue Mfg. McDermott manufactured the cues and Balicini marketed and distributed them. The idea was to produce a good playing cue for people who wanted something more durable than wood. Made almost entirely of carbon fiber, the Balicini cue was almost indestructible, even in the hands of the most abusive players.
